Abstract Submission Guidelines
1. DR. M. CHENNA REDDY AWARD
- For the best scientific paper presented in this category during RAJAPICON. This award is exclusively for the post graduate students of medicine studying in various medical colleges of Rajasthan.
2. KOTA BRANCH AWARD
- For the best paper presented by a physician working in district/periphery for the studies carried out there in non-collegiate hospital.
3. JAIPUR APICON AWARD
- For the members of Rajasthan API below 45 years of age associated with teaching institutions.
4. BIKANER BRANCH AWARD
- For the best paper in any of the following discipline – Cardiology / Nephorlogy / Gastroenterology / Neurology / Endocrinology / Nuclear Medicine / Chest Medicine / Any other speciality. This award is open to all members / associate members / resident doctors.
5. GANGADHAR VERMA MEMORIAL AWARD
- For the best paper presented in Geriatric Medicine. This award is open to all members/associate members / resident doctors.
6. JODHPUR APICON 2005 AWARD
- For the best poster presentation. This award is open to all members/associate members / resident doctors.
7. AJMER MEDIQUIZ AWARD
- Open for all PG students of internal medicine studying in Rajasthan. There shall be three awards viz. 1st, 2nd and 3rd. They shall include a certificate and cash prize. This will be held in the conference and no abstracts are required for this.
Guidelines
- Only registered delegates can send the abstracts.
- All awards (except Ajmer Mediquiz Award) include a gold medal, a certificate and a cash Award of Rs. 1001/-.
- One person can contest for one award category other than Ajmer Mediquiz.
- The printout of this submitted online article should be retrived and must be signed by all authors along with rubber stamp wherever applicable.
- Abstracts should have clear mentioning of title, object of the study, findings and conclusion within 250 words.
- Presenting author must register as a delegate for the conference. In the absence of the proof, his scientific paper will be summarily rejected any time and shall not be considered for any award
- Every presenter must submit a fees of Rs 500/- (Five Hundred only) for every abstract. This can be done via QR Code available on website. For award papers, every contestant has to submit Rs. 1000/- extra. Prof of online fee submission in form of screen shot should be submitted with hard copy of the abstract.
- Paper presentation will be of 6 minutes and may accommodate preferably 10-12 slides with two minutes of discussion.
- In case of any controversy, decision of committee constituted by the governing body shall be final.
