Refund & Cancelation Policy
We understand that unforeseen circumstances may require registered attendees to cancel their participation. In such cases, refunds will be provided as per the following terms:
75% refund for cancellations requested on or before 30th September 2025
50% refund for cancellations requested between 1st October and 31st October 2025
No refunds for cancellations made on or after 1st November 2025
Please Note:
No refund will be provided for accommodation under any circumstances.
All eligible refunds will be processed within 45 days after the completion of the conference.
Bank transfer charges and currency conversion fees (if any) will be deducted from the refund amount.
